Easter-2011

We rushed home Sunday morning from California, just in time for Church. Look what the easter Bunny brought. Then it was off to the grandparents for the annual egg hunt with the cousins and dinner.

We ran out of time before Easter to color eggs, so we did it Monday night.

That night Kiersten found her feet and woulc not stop sucking on her toes.

Ocean Side during Spring Break

So we changed plans for the Spring Break trip to the cabin and headed to Ocean Side CA with our friends, the Mead Family. We got a hotel pretty close to the beach and had a blast. Cole and Kiersten had never been to the beach, and the other kids have not been for a very long time. We got there Thursday night and headed to the beach on Friday. Joe and Jacob went Frisbee golfing after we took a peak at the beach. Here is Kiersten's first time on the beach.

Cole's first time on the beach. He loved it.
We kept Kiesrten in the shade the whole time. Here she is under the umbrella.

We had a blast there. It was so nice to relax and have some good time with family and friends. We got up early Sunday and headed back home to make it back just in time for Easter Sunday church and dinner at Grandma's.

Photography by Amy Rhodes

So here it is, our little family. We were privilaged to have Amy Rhodes take our newest family picts. You could not tell by the photos, but everyone was a bit off that evening. No naps, hungry, you name it and someone had it. We even had to rush off from there for our turn to clean the church.
