Memorial Day

We had a great Memorial Day this year. Grandma and Grandpa DuBois and some friends joined us in the mountains for some fun. Cole gave us another scare this weekend on Friday night. He was running around and fell, hitting his ribs. He started to cry and then his eyes rolled back. He was out cold. It freaked me out, as Cole would say. He did not start breathing until I blew in his face.

The weather was raining off and on and we got soaked on the quads on Saturday. We got some fishing in, if you can call catching your limit in about 10 minutes or less fishing. I guess it was perfect for fishing with a boy under two. Cole was so very excited about the fish. He loves animals and squealed with delight when he got to touch the fish. We went to church on Sunday, and the boys thought it would be cool not to pack church clothes. So #2 and #3 went to church in shorts and t-shirts. I don't think they will "forget" again. Hiking on Sunday was fun. We found a horny toad and saw a deer. Monday we had a few down with the flu, so we decided to head home so they could all rest.
